WHO WE ARE

Toro is a design/build Federal contractor

We specializing in most divisions of horizontal and vertical construction. Our horizontal projects include high complexity infrastructure projects such as road, highways, bridges, runways, utilities, concrete, water and sewer, site preparation and excavation, levees and spillways, shoreline structures, dam projects, heavy civil, and rock breakaways.

Our vertical projects include high complexity projects such as commercial and institutional buildings, residential buildings, industrial buildings, hangars, A/E services, security upgrades, complete building renovations, historical renovations, medical facilities, anti-terrorism and force protection, and environmental abatement.
