Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to fill the role of Unskilled Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. No prior construction experience is required, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Cleanup: Keeping the construction site clean and organized.
• Material Handling: Assisting in the transportation and handling of construction materials and equipment.
• Assisting Skilled Trades: Supporting skilled workers, such as carpenters, masons, and electricians, as needed.
• Operate Tools: Using basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Strictly adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Other Duties: Performing general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• No prior construction experience required; we will provide on-the-job training.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
